Amir Begum Bhutto
Shirin Amir Begum was first wife of former prime minister late Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
Shirin Begum was married to Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, her cousin, in 1951 when Mr Bhutto was 23-year-old and was studying in Bombay.
She returned to Naudero when Mr Bhutto left for London for pursuing higher studies. Since then, she remained there. Before death sentence was executed Amir Begum met with Bhutto in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi on March 8, 1979 and on March 26, 1979, just a few days before his hanging.
She died of cardiac arrest here on January 19 (Sunday). She was 82.
She was laid to rest near the grave of her husband in the ancestral graveyard of the Bhutto family in Garhi Khuda Bukhsh Bhutto.
Hearing the news of her death, the whole town remained shut as a mark of mourning and hundreds of people thronged the residence of Benazir Bhutto in Naudero.
Shirin Begum, who was the first wife of Bhutto, developed chest congestion and was shifted to the cardiology department of the Chandka Medical College Hospital Larkana on late Saturday (January 18, 2003) night.
There, she suffered a heart attack and later her kidneys stopped functioning and she died.
Ameer Begum had participated in Benazir Bhutto’s election campaign in 1988.
PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto and her sister Sanam Bhutto were informed of the death in Dubai and London, respectively. Later, Ms Bhutto contacted her house in Naudero by telephone to offer condolence.
She had no child but adopted a girl Lubna, who is working at present in Saudi Arabia.
Her first death anniversary was observed silently on January19, 2004
Pakistan Peoples Party at Municipality, Naundero, offered Langar after Quran Khuwani.
No leader of the party came to attend the anniversary. The anniversary was not observed at her residence which now belonged to Benazir Bhutto.
Her adopted son Din Mohammad Bhutto observed her 1st death anniversary at his residence where she usually lived. Quran Khuawni was held and then Langar was distributed.

Riaz Sohail
Riaz Sohail is a journalist and political analyst and had contributed in three languages i.e. [[Sindhi]], [[Urdu]] and [[English]].
He was born in [[Hyderabad]], got primary education at Model School [[Sindh University]] and then joined Sindh University, got masters’ degree in Sociology.
Presently, Riaz Sohail is working as correspondent with [[BBC Urdu]] online and Radio since 2003 at Karachi. Earlier he had been working as freelance contributor to BBC Urdu online for two years.
He started his career in journalism in 1994 with [[Daily Kawish]], a leading [[Sindhi]] newspaper.
He contributed over one hundred articles, features, investigative and in-depth reports to Kawish
He covered drought disaster in [[Thar]], cyclone- A in coastal areas which was much appreciated.
Riaz has also worked with [[Aurat Foundation]] a national level organisation working for women’s rights and violence against women
Riaz has also produced some remarkable documentaries on Mai Jando of [[Tando Bahawal]] case, [[Thar coal]] and some other cultural issues for [[KTN]].

A classical [[Sindhi]] poet who use to recite peotry a tupical Sindhi form- "Bait". His "baits" were much in lentgth.
He was Khaskheli by caste and born in village Shahdad Khaskheli near Nindo Shaher now disrict [[Badin]] in 1875-1870. Sawn Faqir used to graze cattle in his village. During drought of Chhapno he left Badin area and went to village Fazal Khaskheli where he started working as peasant with Wadero Khabbar Odejo in [[Juddho]] area.
His wife and two brothers died due to cholra spread in 1918.
[[Maula Bux Khaskheli]], [[Sidiq Faqir]] of village Ghulam Hussain Jamali Taluka Badin, Bachayo Faqir Todo Faqir of [[Odero Lal]] were among his students.
Ali Kahn Korai, Hassan Faqir Hingoro, Taji Khan Chandio used to sung his "Bait". Now-a-day he lives in Pithoro, district Mirpurkhas. He is working with Lar Cultural Museum Badin. And preparing Benazir Bhutto, Dodo Chanesar and cultural view of Laar (Lower Sindh).

Comrade Muhammad Ibrahim Arisar a senior journalist, editor of weekly Akhbar-e-Alam, and old PPP worker died due to cardiac arrest at RHC Dhoronaro here on Tuesday July 2009.
Journalist and one of the old PPP workers, Comrade Muhammad Ibrahim Arisar joined PPP at the time of its foundation.
During MRD movement he was detained at Central Jail Hyderabad, in 1992 he participated in long march from Lahore to Rawalpindi called by Benazir Bhutto against Nawaz Sharif regime where he was detained in Udhiala Jail. He served as taluka general secretary PPP Umerkot from 1985 to 1994. He remained committed to PPP till his last breath.
He published weekly Akhbar-e-Alam from Umerkot from 1995 to 2003.
He left five sons, four daughters and two wives to mourn his death. He was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard in Sadhar, district Umerkot.

Gul Agha
Gul Agha is one of the world's leading Computer Scientists.
Family
Dr. Agha was born in 1957. His paternal ancestors were from Shikarpur
and maternal ancestors were from Hyderabad. His father was a Civil
Servant, serving as District Magistrate at the time of partition, and
a poet. His mother was a physician, one of the first women in Sindh
to get her MBBS, at a time when the only medical college women in the
subcontinent could attend was in Delhi. Dr. Agha is married to
Jennifer Cole, a Professor of Linguistics at the University of
Illinois who has also written articles on Sindhi grammar, the
phonology of illiteration in Shah Latif's poetry, and developed
on-line material for learning Sindh. They have three daughters,
Leila, Eva and Sindha. Leila and Eva are doing their PhDs
respectively in Economics and Chemistry at top US universities.
Sindha is in High School and a creative artist who has already won
numerous US national awards for her stories, poetry and photography,
including two times Gold Medals for short fiction pieces from the US
Alliance for Young Writers which evaluates almost 50,000 entries each
year.
Education
Dr. Agha attended two years of primary school at the Habib Public
School in Karachi, then lived in Shikarpur for a couple of years where
he received private tutoring in Sindhi language and music. He then
attended a Sindhi medium middle School, Model School Hyderabad. He
did his Lower Secondary back at Habib Public School, and Higher
Secondary at Dayaram Jethmal Government Science College (DJ). He
stood second in the Karachi Higher Secondary Board exams in 1973, took
the American College Board tests, and was the first student from
Pakistan admitted to the California Institute of Technology (Caltech),
regarded as the most selective undergraduate university in the USA.
Having skipped two grades, at the age of 16, he was also among the
youngest to be admitted to that university. He was able to attend the
university only because of a full scholarship from the University,
covering all his expenses. He graduated with honors from Caltech, and
went to the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor to do his PhD in
Psychology before deciding to switch to Computer Science. He obtained
a Master's degree in Psychology, and a Master's and PhD in Computer
and Communication Science from Michigan.
Professional Accomplishments
From 1983 to 1987, Dr. Agha taught at the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT), and from 1987 to 1989 at Yale University. He then
moved to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he is
now Professor of Computer Science, and of Electrical and Computer
Engineering. He has also been a Visiting Professor at University of
Grenoble and at the University of Paris in France. Dr. Agha is one of
the pioneers in Programming Languages for Parallel and Distibuted
Computing. As of 2009, he had published over 175 research articles in
international journals, and received almost US$10 million in research
grants. His research has been cited in over 4,000 research articles.
Dr. Agha has lectured at dozens of international scientific
conferences and universities in 25 countries. He has supervised over
20 PhD dissertations, and many of his students are now professors at
leading research universities in US, Canada and Europe. Among them
are two Sindhi students, Nadeem Jamali who is now a professor in
Canada, and Sandeep Uttamchandani, who is now a research scientist at
IBM.
Awards and Honors
Dr. Agha is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics
Engineers (IEEE), a Golden Core Member of the IEEE Computer Society,
and a Member of the European Academy of Science. He served as
Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Concurrency: Parallel, Distributed and Mobile
Computing (1994-98), and of the ACM Computing Surveys (1999-2007), the
most important cross-cutting journal in Computer Science. He has
received the Meritorious Service Award from the IEEE Computer Society,
a Recognition of Service Award from the Association for Computer
Machinary, IBM Faculty Fellow award, among many others.
Other Activities
Dr. Agha has been active in organizations promoting human rights, and
those promoting animal rights. While a 7th grader in Hyderabad,
Sindh, he organized students to protest against "One Unit" by wearing
badges. At Habib Public School and DJ Science College, he organized
Science Societies. An ethical vegetarian since childhood, he was a
founder of Vegetarian Societies in Ann Arbor and Boston. While living
in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a leading center of biomedical research,
he successfully lobbied the City Council to pass what remain the
toughest regulations on animal research in the USA. Dr. Agha has been
active in promoting the rights of Sindhis, lobbying governments and
making presentations at the United Nations Commission on Human Rights
(now the UN Human Rights Council). He has given numerous
presentations on Sindhi history and culture to different organizations
of the Sindhi Diaspora. Dr. Agha is recognized as having created the
first major blog in the Sindhi language which attracted thousands of
visitors. He has strongly advocated the use of Sindhi language for
Science education, delivering technical lectures entirely in Sindhi at
the Sukkur IBA. His other interests include Sufism. In a lecture on
Sufism and the Philosophy of Science, co-sponsored by the University
of Illinois Departments of Philosopy and Religious Studies, Dr. Agha
argued that while orthodox religions and science are in serious
conflict, sufism and science can be viewed as independent and
parallel.

Dr. Bahadur Dahiri former MPA and politiican from Nawabshah ( Now Shaheed Benazir Bhutto abad) district. He is son of Raza Mohammed Dahiri. They have their own tribal influence in politics and social affairs.

During his schooling he was associated with Democratic Student Federation and later on joined Jeay Sindh Student Federation for two years and associated himself with Sindh Sagar Student Federation from late 1995 to 1989.
Journalism:
He has joined journalism in mid 1989 and worked in different Sindhi and Urdu language newspapers in Karachi including daily Sindhi newspapers, Nao Sij, Al-Waheed, Kawish, and monthly Pireh. He also worked for Urdu language newspapers Intikhab and Nijat in Karachi.

He became Chairmen of District Local Board, at that time Chief Minister of Sindh, Mr.: Ayoub Khoro, with his efforts the budget was also increased.

Pir Baqadar Shah did two marriages,
By 1st marriage he had one son Pir Mohammad Zaman Shah, (he is dead) Zaman Shah was politician, social worker, Zaman Shah has two sons one is Pir Irshad Shah (a retired WAPDA officer, he has also written the history of tier saints) and another is Pir Irfan Shah (he is Deputy Superintendent of Police)
2nd marriage:-
Pir Baqadar Shah had 3 daughters one son that is Pir Noor Shah (Ex-Member of Provincial Assembly) he has been very active in politics. Noor Shah has 4 sons,
1. Pir Sodhal Shah (Ex-Taluka Nazim Matiari)
2. Pir Ameer Shah (Present MPA)
3. Azhar Shah
4. Ghulam Mustafa Shah.
He was the 10th Sajjada Nasheen.
Date of Death: 7th Rabi-us-Sani, 1394 Hijri, 20th April 1975, at the age of 84 years.
Date of Birth: 3rd Rabi-us-Sani, 1310 Hijri, 1893.
Place of Birth: Matiari.
Early education: In those days, there was no any school, he got early education from a teacher named Pir Bux Memon, and also taught Holy Quran.
1st Marriage: 1914
2nd Marriage: 1938
Political Life: He was also a member of Sindh Assembly, during his time he worked hard for developments for Matiari, he got approval the making of roads, and Schools, He also got efforts for establishing a Radio Station near Matiari, which is exist today. He remained president of Municipal for many years.
He became Chairmen of District Local Board, at that time Chief Minister of Sindh, Mr.: Ayoub Khoro, with his efforts the budget was also increased.
He was very close to Bhutto’s family. When Mr.: Zulifqar Bhutto founded his separate political party. Baqadar Shah invited him and also arranged ceremony.
