• Remained advisor to Chief Minster Sindh twice.
• Remained Caretaker Minister for Forests in 2007.
• Brought forward his son Abdul Hafeez Unnar into politics due to condition of Graduation
• His son Abdul Hafeez Unnar lost MPA election on PML-Q ticket in 2002 and 2007.
• His son Abdul Hafeez Unnar died of cardiac arrest in 2008.
• He is presently attached with Mahar group of Ghotki District.
